Dr. Dagadu founded This Psych to build the kind of practice he always wanted to work in — small caseloads, real continuity, and care that meets clients where they actually are. He sees adults, children, and families, with particular focus on anxiety, trauma, men's mental health, autism, and child psychology.

His approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practice. He believes good therapy is collaborative: clients bring their lived expertise, clinicians bring training and structure, and the work happens in the space between.
